Refund policy

Exchanges and refunds are accepted within 15 days of delivery provided the item is unused, intact, and in its original packaging. If the product is faulty or damaged due to our error, delivery charges will be covered by us; otherwise, exchange delivery charges will be borne by the customer. Refunds are processed after the item passes a quality inspection.
